Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please read below for our returns policy.
Change of Mind
If you’ve had a change of heart, we offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of purchase, provided that:

Items are returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

You include proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email.
Refunds
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind, but we're happy to assist with an exchange or store credit to help you find your perfect item.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take pride in the quality of our products, but if you’ve received an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at kiaora@petitplouf.co.nz as soon as possible. We will:

Offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

Cover any shipping costs involved in returning the faulty item to us. To help us resolve the issue, please provide a description of the fault and photos of the damage or defect.
If the exchange or processing is due to a fault on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Shipping Costs for Exchanges
Exchanges due to Change of Mind:
We gladly accept exchanges! Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To make the process easier, you can either:
1. Provide your own label: Provide a prepaid return shipping label or satchel, or
2. Have us generate a label: We can generate one for you for a new delivery fee.
We recommend using tracked shipping for your peace of mind, as we can't be responsible for lost returns. (As a small business, your understanding of these costs helps us continue to exist and to create high-quality, sustainable products)
Change of Mind Process

Contact Us – Please email us at kiaora@petitplouf.co.nz with your order number and reason for your change of mind.

Ship Your Item – Once we’ve approved your return, please ship your item back to us.

Processing – Once received, we will process your return within 5–7 business days.
Sale Items
Sale items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty.
International Orders
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on international orders, except for items found to be faulty.
