Our online store is open 24/7. Our shipping days are Monday through to Friday. 

 

New Zealand

• Standard shipping: $8

• Rural shipping: $10

 

• Free shipping on orders over $130

 

International

• Australia Tracked shipping (3-10 working days): $25 NZ

• Free shipping to Australia on orders over $250 NZD

 

General Shipping Information

• If an order is placed late on a Friday or on the weekend, your item(s) will be shipped on the following Monday or Tuesday. Please note that we do not ship on public holidays so allow an extra day for processing and shipping during those times.

 

• We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 business days after it is placed.

 

• We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address.

 

• Please ensure you enter your shipping address correctly as once your product is dispatched, we won’t be able to alter your address. 

 

• Once your order has been placed, we cannot add to, change or cancel them so please check your cart carefully to check it is correct.

 

• Once your order has been dispatched, it becomes the responsibility of the courier. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please contact the courier directly to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for items damaged in transit.

 

• Please note that delivery to a rural address will take longer to arrive. Delays may also occur during peak times like boxing day.

Packaging and Sustainability

At Petit Plouf, we are committed to reducing waste by using recycled plastic courier bags made from non-virgin plastic. These bags are durable and can be reused multiple times before being recycled.

Here are some ways you can give them a second life:

• Turn them inside out to reuse for shipping.

• Repurpose them for storage or other household uses.

• Recycle them by dropping them off at a Soft Plastics Recycling bin near you.
